Siding Material
Choose from T-11 Fir, T-11 Pressure-Treated, LP Smart Panel, and LP Dutch Lap*. Advantages and specifications are listed below. Note that the T-11 siding only comes in Honey Gold with a water-seal coating. (* 15% upcharge)
Siding Color
Choose paint (solid appearance) or urethane (stained appearance) color for your siding. Roll over swatches for color names.
Roof Material
Choose metal or shingle roof (same price on all buildings, both offer 30-year limited warranty.
Roof Color
Metal, Special-Order Metal, and Shingle Roofs come pre-made in the color of your choice.
Size
Choose from 8x8 (smallest) to 12x20 (largest)

24" OC STUDS & TRUSSES, DOUBLED UNDER SEAMS (66% thicker siding easily spans 24" OC stud spacing, with doubled support under seams to equal the same amount of wood as in 16" OC spacing)
Our fir siding is a LOCAL PRODUCT, made in the northwest from local trees
Comes water sealed with 4 YEAR WATER SEALER
Great choice for customers who want a RUSTIC APPEARANCE or who may want to paint it
